- All export document processes and billing process.
- Answer inquiries and resolve issues;
- Miscellaneous paperwork processing, reporting, and other related duties.
- 2-3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in Shipping/Freight forwarder
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Detail-oriented with ability to analyze information skillfully
