- Leading the Export customer services team to deliver proactive service to customers.
- Delivering the assigned cluster target
- Managing and driving the standardized global process and introduce the processes into the team.
- Implement process improvements and improve productivity to increase scores.
- Taking ownership of and ensuring top performance on customer care.
- Actively building strong relationships with customers and gaining understanding of their businesses, service needs.
- Actively seeking and continuously improving opportunities with relation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participating in improving projects while fully focusing on achieving the team objective
- Vessel schedule or routing/Booking Reservation/Space allocation management skill
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Male or Female : age 35 or above
- 5+ years’ experience in a Customer Service duties and Shipping Line
- Good service mind and excellent in problem-solving skills
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
- Able to operate Microsoft Word and Excel programs efficiently.
