Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products & services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and vendors as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

QUALIFICATION :

• Age preferably 22-35 years
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or other relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or shipping industries
• Enjoys learning new things in the field of chemical logistics
• Communicates well in English
• Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
