Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to heavy volume of phone calls and emails from customers;
  • Generate and update shipment records;
  • Track shipments and update customer with status of orders;
  • All export document processes and billing process.
  • Answer inquiries and resolve issues;
  • Miscellaneous paperwork processing, reporting, and other related duties.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in Shipping/Freight forwarder
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented with ability to analyze information skillfully
