Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Coordinating with related department & providing support with customer issues.Responsible for booking reservation, service fulfillment and problem solving for customers.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling complaints/claims
  • Tracking, tracing and updating the status of shipments
  • Built up and maintain a relationship with customers
  • Perform other assigned jobs by header

Qualification:

  • Male or Female,age not over 30 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Newly graduated is welcome
  • Having experiences will be will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skill and service-minded
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Formula (Pivot, V lookup)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good Communication and negotiation Skill
